Error in Time Quota Compensation

Dear Experts,

Is there any way, we can change the Start Date from the infotype-0416 (Time quota compensation) for all one go.

Client already Ran it. Can we delete the record for all employees. Instead of 31.12.2011 they uploaded as 11.01.2012

Please let me know the solution, it is very urgent.
