Converting un-released PRs to POs

Hi,

I have seen PRs which are not fully released can still be converted to Purcase Orders, How do I restrict converting non released PRs to POs?

Hi,

If 'Rel. for ordering' is not set in the release indicator used, you can make use of the message 06 055 to stop the PO from being ordered. This message is configurable so you may set it to 'W' (warning) or 'E' (error) as per your requirement.

Hi,

Check the release indicator enabled or not.

after open the release strategies and check the "Release Statuses" where is Release Indicator is set to Release PR's.

IF not, Set the release prerequisites.

Hi There

In your release strategy settings- Provide the Release Group and Release Strategy and check the Release Status

After the final Release (Final Release Code) it should be released, In your case before the final release also, some of it configured as Released it seems

Check the above setting and correct it
