Duplicate Query Question (is it 3.5/7.0???)

I did a search on a query where I knew a portion of the name, and it the search came back with 2 results (this was done via Open, Find, Query within the 7.x BEx Query Designer):

- I get (2) queries with the names slightly different but the technical name is identical

I didn't think the system would let you create two different queries with teh same technical name. Does this mean maybe one is the old 3.x query and the other is the 7.x query?

If yes, how do I delete the old one? Also, how do I find out which queries have NOT been converted over to 7.x.
