One of the Admin Users Cannot Access Saved Data Manager Packages


We have several data packages that we run during monthly close. This particular user has been running those with no problem for last 4 months. But starting this morning he cannot access the saved packages on the server. He can run a new package but he cannot access the predifined ones from the webserver. When he clicks on "load" the system just hangs up. I have the exact same profile and I can run the packages with no issues. Hereu2019s what I did so far:

1. Checked his access of the webfolders on the web server, which was fine. He can acces the

2. Cleared local app on his machine.

3. Delete PC_MS file from his my documents folder.

4. Reinstall client (both admin and office) in his machine.

Nothing worked.

Then I had him log in from my computer using his id and he could access those files.

So it seems like the problem is with the particular machine he is working on. He did not install any new programs recently.

Any ideas on why this might be happening?
