Update 2012 Canada Province Vacation Rates Accordingly

Dear Experts,

Please let me know how we could update the Canada Province Vacation rates (Table name/img path) with details such as holiday pay percentage and vacation entitlements. Is it something that we need to do on our own or is there a note released by SAP to update this. Your response on this would be very useful.
