Bex report var req

Hi All,

I have a requirement to get person responsible and user to be filled to the exit vairable

For example

If user A has under him B C D

ABCD has to be selected for data display... later user should be allowed to do filter on these 4 users

How to achieve this , using bex variables i find myself it suited to range and single input... how to get set of variables.

i dono want to use autho as it lot of maintaice ... this has to happen dynamic.

This sounds like "Structural Authorizations".. it's a security design function out of the HR system.

IHi All

I need this to be handled using custom table

but lot of docs are ther bu tno clarity.. and all docs tlk about getting one data like username from z table

i need to get set of users and then give to input for data filter

Hi All

I put it even more simple as step 1

if i run exit

i should able to assign to object values = A B C

Now using below either i can input A using EQ or Range

But my requiremnt is to get radmon set of users assigned as part of not using auth type

l_s_range-low = 'A'

l_s_range-HIGH = 'B'.

l_s_range-sign = 'I'.

l_s_range-opt = 'BT'.
