Hi Experts,
For one user we are not able to connect the EPM Add in through web client , we are getting this error when we click on epm addin for excel and through BPF's.
"Impossible to activate addin"
BPC 10 NW
IE11 32 bit,
office 2010
Tried so far:
Reinstalled the EPM add-in.
Reset IE to factory settings
Cleared temp files in IE
Can any one help on this.

In general you have extremely old SP07 for both BPC and BW. You have to upgrade to some resent SP in order to get help. May be the issue will be solved.

"BPC 10 NW" - provide detailed version and SP info, also BW version and SP.

P.S. Is it possible to login in Excel?
