Password Recovery

Respected Sir,

I Have one Doubt... one of my client passwords has got expired its asking for new password.But when i am going.. to Admin->setups->Security-->Change Password.. slected the required username and changed the password But when i am logging with that Username password its askng for old password.Wht to do..?Please Reply me...

Hello,

You should change pasword after login Superuser ID otherwise it will always ask for old password.

Hi,

Entering the old password was not helpful?

Check if you add the new password which you gave in the old password field and then mention/create a new password again.

Hi,

Have you tested with the earlier password for that login ID in the Old Password field?

Also, have you checked by entering the new password in the old password field and given a new in the rest two fields displayed?
