Capturing the scrap exp. in seperate GL account and cost center

Hi Expert,

Currently the unplanned scrap of finished goods is getting captured in the variance account once we run the KKS2. We have not maintained the scrap percentage as it is unplanned scrap. When the PP confirmes 1 qty as a scrap out of 2 qty, th cost of scrap of finished goods is getiing captured as a variance in the GL account and in the same GL account, the variance of Raw material and other input variance is getting captured. Business will not be able to analyse the scarp cost of finished goods seperately with production order.

The settlement profile has the 100% validation checked and the same profile is used for periodic and full settlement across the client. This requirement is only for one company code. We can not change the settlement profile also. How to settle the cost of variance to cost center. Since settlement profile has a 100% validation checked, by default entire settlement is getting posted to Material. But the business wants the portion of scrap of finished goods to cost center.

Here Business needs two requirements

1. Capturing the finished goods scrap variance in seperate GL account

2. Settling the same to cost center.
