Hi,
We are having a problem when there is a period of inactivity in a RFC Registered Program ID in R/3 from a XI 3.0 Communication Channel or a shutdown ocurred on weekend.
The problem is that in the Adapter Monitor, a CPIC error says that the sender communication channel can´t connect with the R/3 system.
Is there a way to solve this? Auto startup of the adapter or retries of connections.

Hi,
take a look at note:
730870
question No. 20
1. to activate you have to restart XI
2. but you may try to disable initialrfcclientconnectcheck (to false)
as described in the note
3. the third solution is to start R3 before restaring XI
