We want to implement WS 01700044 dispute workflow. So that users can get email notification in their SAP Inbox and workitem for dispute case in the inbox. Please let me know what is required for this from configuration point of view. I have done activation of event linkage in task specific customising and defined regular process configuration, SU01 configuration.
Please tell me if any change is required in record model for activating the workflow feature, any change is required in action profile. Please guide me through the typical steps required.
