Wrong Operation confirmation canceln not allowing to do new confirmation

Hi All,

We are facing one issue where User has done the confirmation and cancelled the operation confirmation.

But when user has done cancellation , sap has changed the status from CNF to REL. But not cancelled the confirmed and scrap quantity.

How to cancel the operation confirmation completely and do the confirmation using CO11N.
