Unable to connect to onPremise Gateway system from HCP trail account

Hello Experts,

I have setup cloud connector successfully & able to connect internal on SCC

But I'm not able to connect internal gateway system via trail account on HCP

Kindly reply, I already tried exsiting suggstion over scn & other sources but didn't work.

Note:- Internal gateway system is only accesible in organization network, port is not opened outside & SCC is running on local machine within internal network.

    Hi Parvez

    According to the documentation, the error you're seeing can mean:

    1. The Cloud Connector version is < 2.7.1
    2. The Cloud Connector is not connected to your HCP account
    3. The Gateway returned HTTP status code >= 500

    Points 1 and 2 seem fine in your case, so I would have a look at the Cloud Connector logs, in order to determine whether there is an error on the Gateway side. The log is accessible from the Cloud Connector web interface.
