Mass Deletion of Unprocessed PO outputs

Hi All,

Is there any report or transaction where I can delete the outputs of PO that are not yet processed (which are in Yellow status).

Its not possible in ME9F.

In Tcode SOSB and SOST. There is selection option on the top left side, where you can select specific record or entire work sheet by manual deletion clicking on dustbin icon.

Thanks for the repsonse. These T Codes only help in deleting the workflows. My requirement is to delete the PO message outputs. Is there any way?

When you delete the output through ME9F or SOST, your output is cancelled. what is the purpose of deleting the output type completely?

I dont think any possibility except changing NAST table through SM30 but it's not advisable.

Tcode SE38, Program name is RSCLNAST

__Parameter__

1) Object Key:- 4XXXX(Purchase order no)

2) Output type:- NEU

3) Transmission medium :- 1

Choose options

1) Normal deletion process

*(Please have noted that it will delete all the output of that specific purchase order both yellow and green)*

Dear Sashidhar,

I am not sure about any transaction. But yes you can do it by ME9F.

Go to me9f..execute the t.code against your parametrs and than select the particular PO and Click on Message details and then select the output type and delete it. It's a manual process. Hope it works for you.
