First version Document is lost in some folders

Hi guys

I have the next problem wroking in EP 6.0. In some folders i set version service, then i create a document and next i create a new version of the same document (going to details -> upload). The point is that when i try to open the first version (the first document i upload) Portal has save that document like with no size. i.e. 0 bytes. So i can not see it.

This only happen in some folders (i don´t know where) and only for the first version.

Another interesting point is that when i see the KM Content path where versions are saved, i can see that the icon that portal use for the 0 size document is different from the normal icon (for example the Word icon), is completly blank,
