Crystal 2011 on SAP ECC getting blank row fields

I am using Crystal 2011 SP2 patch 8 on SAP 7.20

when i create a report and get fields into the rpeort and then preview it i dont see any values.

I see that the records fetched shows about 1000 but done see any values displayed.

it just shows blank rows without displaying any data.

I have uninstalled SP2 Patch 8 and just tried to use crystal 2011 but that didnt help.

this only happens when using SAP ECC as a data source.

We don't have any integration KIt for crsyall 2011 since it is not required for Crystall 2011 version.

Greatly appreciate any response concerning this.
