In SolMan Workcenter, in the tab "Incident Management", I did the following :
1- I created a new message using the link "New Message" under the section "Common Tasks"
2- on demand from the system, I choosed SMIN as type of my message
The Messages created with this procedure will be found in the section:
Overview -> Query -> My Incidents & Problems
But, when I use the transaction type SLFN instead of SMIN (not recommanded by SAP) the messages will be found in the section:
Overview -> Overview -> Support Notification
In this area we can find messages by :
- Reported by me
- For processing by me
- Processing by my team
It is what I want to have with SMIN messages...
What should be done to have the messages type SMIN created in the same section where SLFN are created ?
