Hi All EIC Fans
FIrstly, Happy 2012. I have an EIC Knowledge Search question.... (Or maybe 2)
I have done all whats needed for the Knowledge Search and in Transaction CRMC_SAF_TOOL all my connection tests are green. But when I go to the Indexed (Goto --> Indexes) or F8 my database is not listed in order to set up and compile?
Secondly....whats the process to assign a document to the knowledge base?
