Addon cannot connect to DI after upgrade to 8.81 PL10

Hi guys,

Here's a frustrating problem I am facing:

Customer had 8.81 PL06.

We upgraded to 8.81 PL10.

Most computers have no problem - addon works as always.

For some computers, we get "internal error -131" when addon tries to connect to DI (using the multiple-addon method).

When trying to connect using the single-signon method, we get something like "error connecting to license server, try restarting it or the NT TAO service" ... of course this didn't help...

Tried removing the SM_* directory in the %TEMP% directrory, tried reinstalling SBO, DI API on the client and on the dev env.., recompiled addon..

Any one encountered this scenario?
