Price differences do not post on statistical order.

Dear all,

Due to business requirements we have to use statistical order in order to collect data. Besides posting on real object (as cost center or profit segment), we make it is obligate to fill the statistical order in MM and FI posting. That kind of configurations in MM and FI are standard ones.

But now we faced a problem, that after Material Ledger closing, the system display an error that the order has to be filled in. As a result, the material ledger closing entry is impossible. That means: in closing document, the system ignores the statistical order that was filled in primary document through FI and MM. The price differences do not post on statistical order.

This issue is very important to us. Please help us!

Best regards,

Linh.

Which tool are you using for FI and MM posting? the order is specified manually in each posting?

what about using okb9 or substitution to fill in the statistical order during ML closing?

Dear Paolo,

We already made substitution to define statistical order in ML closing document and got correct results.

Anyway, thank you for advice.

I will close this message.

Hi Lihn,

We have the same issue, but I was just wondering if your substitution gets the statistical order which had been filled in the primary document, or if it just uses the same statistical order for all materials...

Have you used an exit for the substitution?

Thanks a lot

Best regards

Gisel
