delta extraction process

Hi Experts,

Can any one please explain how exactly the delta process works in bw for lis,lo and co-pa and other extractors, i mean what is the data flow on both r/3 side and bw side and could you clarify on the tables used in the process and the terms like delta queue, update queue and extract queue.

In service.sap.com/bw under InfoIndex Extraction search for a doc named "New update Methods for Logistics Extraction with PI 2002.1.ppt"

CO-PA works with a timstamp and a safety limit (get data older than 20 minutes if I remember well): in service.sap.com/bw under InfoIndex Extraction search for a doc named "How to CO-PA Extraction.pdf"
