Here in my client place, One Employee's one day's leave wrongly treated as lwp (leave without pay).So last month i.e in Dec. 2011 he/she received one day less salary. I want pay his/her one day salary by adjusting the lwp to any of the pad leave.Can i do this now i.e. 10th Jan 2012 ? Plz guide me how can I pay his/her now...
