Cost Center Issues

Dear Friends,

we have one Cost Center like 147520100 - HO F&A Dept period 1.1.1900 to 31-12-999. but this month we have changed the Description of this cost center to Account Dept via Tcode OKEON.

But when we seeing Tcode KS03

147520100 - HO F&A Valid From 01-01-1900 to 31-12-2011

147520100 - HO Accounts Dept Valid From 01-01-2012 to 31-12-9999.

we want to show only one.. because its creating confuse at user level... we want to restrict this or i want to back which was in earlier...

please advice...
