Hi Gurus

can you help

we have current Purchase Info Recs in place, with pricing condition records that have a validity date that will expire in the next few days

we have already loaded the next pricing for the next cotnract period with the vendor, but wish to check the accuracy of the data before that pricing condition becomes "current"

do you know how can we pull the data from the future validity period pricing condition record, so we can validiate this

i have only found ways to get the current pricing conditions, but not the one for the future period

please advise

many thanks

Hi,

If you have maintained the future prices in the info record, you can see it in the Table A017, which will give you the condition record no for various periods.

Pass the condition record no In KONP table so that you can able to know the future price what you have maintained in the inforecord.

Note: The table A017 is obtained by the access sequence assigned to the condition type PB00, in my case it is 0002

hi Velu

thank you for your helpful answer. it appears to work, however....

our Pur Info Rec conditions have been created at the Purchasing Ord level. I noted table A017 is Plant Specific.

running this anyway returns some results, which only relate to plant level data

Are you aware if there is an equivelent table for to A017, but at the Pur Org level.

many thanks again

Hi,

If you want the pur org specific, you can input the pur org in the selection screen of A017 table itself.

Kindly let me know if you need more than this.

Thanks Jurgen, and for your prompt response

i tried the first time by inputing the Pur Org data, and excludedall plant numbers, but only a nominal number of pricing conditions were returned

i also tried table A016 and A018, as Table A017 is Plant Specific, but it did not help

i shall try again, however thought there may be a separate table ?

any thoughts

Hi,

What condition type you are getting in the inforecord creation(PB00 or a customized condition type ZB00).

Check for the access sequence assigned to the condition type, then in the access sequence there must be some condition tables mainatined.

According to the condition table maintained in the access sequence , suffix A before the condition table.

hi Velu

we maintain Pricing Condition Type PB00 in ME13

when i key a Pur Ord for the part, then go to Conditions tab in ME21n, then select the Analysis of the Pricing Condition, it bring up Procedure RM0000

then Gross Price PB00, then various steps under this

a number of steps not executed due to requirements not filled etc, being Contracts, outline agreements, Plant Infor Rec Order Unit, then Material Info Rec (Plant Specific) A017, then Material Info Rec table A018 with various field names

For Access Sequence step Mat Info Rec (Plant Specific) it does say No condition record was found for this condition using the document data.

any thoughts

If we cannot resolve i shall leave it for now, and review on the day it becomes current

many thanks

when the new conditions become valid, then run program RM06INP0 and and your EINE price gets updated with the price that is then valid.

thanks Jurgen

however i do not want to wait for the new pricing conditions to become valid. if there are incorrect prices in the pricing conditions, i wish to correct them, before they become current, so as to make use of my time and potentially save my employer costs

thanks again

Hi Anand

thanks for your response. however i do not wish to reload the same data into the training / testing server, then raise a dummy PO for 3000 odd items

i would like to extract the current data from where it is stored (for the future period), then do VLookups in excel back to our load sheet, to ensure the correctness of our manual entries

i cannot see why this is not possible, but just don't know how to do it ??

we would also prefer not to wait until "future" period becomes the "currect" period, as this will not give us any time to correct poor data.

thanks again for your response

Hello

If you have done the same activity in the testing(quality) server then you can perform the test by creating the purchase order for future date and it should populate the new pricing condition records.
