Outbound Delivery and Good Movement Document not replicating from ECC toCRM

Hi All

I am working on system where we have Sales order CRM <> ECC integrated.

1) Created Sales order in CRM and replicated to ECC.

2) Got Doc flow from R3 to CRM that document is replicated and saved in ECC

3) Further logistic process carried out on sales order in ECC

a) Outbound /Inbound delivery

b) Post Goods Issue and Post goods receipt

4) These document numbers are not replicating to CRM via doc flow

But in should replicate to CRM , but its not . All code is standard and document flow should come !

Can you please suggest me what to cross check and do we have some setting which controls the document flow to CRM from ECC.

Hi,

it is no SAP standard to replicate Outbound Delivery and Good Movement Document from ECC to CRM.

Only a link is standard in the document flow of the CRM Salesorder. This link should open the ECC transactions using transaction launcher.

Thanks a lot for your reply and I agree with you that these documents will not be replicated to CRM.

But as you said that a link will be available in CRM document flow for these document and in my scenario these document flow update is not coming !

Means in other words after further processing of sales order like creation of delivery and PGI/PGR CRM document flow is not getting updated or in other words no Bdoc is coming for this change in R3/ECC.

That's why I am looking for how exactly ECC system send notification to CRM!
