myssocntl page is coming blank

Hi All,

I am facing problem while opening below page, this page is simply displaying blank.

http://<Fully Qualified Host Name>:8000/sap/public/myssocntl?sap-client=<client number>

I have checked the corresponding service /default_host/sap/public/myssocntl in SICF and its already active.

Apart from this I am able to open other links and able to perform the required transaction in that like below URL -

http://<Fully Qualified Host Name>:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_bsp?sap-client=<client number>

I have Solution Manager 7.0 with EHP1 and all s/w components are having latest patch level that available in the market.

Anybody already faced this problem?? Please provide your expoert solution.

I found the same link before and made the hostfile entry as well but no success.

Any other alternative than this??

Hi All,

This was a browser issue on my New PC with Windows 7 and IE9 is not updating the proxy exceptions for this server in domain controller.

Before I use to copy the Solution Manager URLs from IE9 to Mozilla (Which is not under proxy control) and do the operations /

configuration.

But the below URL,

http://<FULL_HOST_NAME>:8000/sap/public/myssocntl?sap-client=100

automatically takes us to specific activity that we choose in SAP GUI. But it wasn't happening when we do copy paste the URL from IE9 to Mozilla.

So Finally I started working on my old PC(where proxy exceptions are functioning) and everything is running perfectly.

I got the same problem solved with removing the proxy settings.
