quota transfer

Hi all,

I have a senario in quota transfer, below is the requirment.

Employee joins as trainee and will get sick leave quota type 90 as 10 days which are fully paid.

and the same employee will be tansfered to permanent role, once he transfered the previous quota will have to transfer new quota type as 20 with 10 days which are half paid leaves.

any solutiosn for this......

pls help us.
