Procedure to configure view navigation or call a view in navigation framewo

Please provide me all the possible procedures related to view navigation or procedure through which view's are called or invoked.

Please tell me know if I need to rephrase the question with any information.

I need to know, how a view is called after a selection of button in a view is done. Both the BSP navigation as well as the CRM SPRO configuration settings.

Are there any changes to be done in an upgrade from 2007 to 7.0 in terms of configuration. WCF_CC results in nothing.
