Issue-Hiring an Employee

When hiring an employee, After saving IT0000 & IT0001 the screen goes to IT0007 and after filling all entries I get this error

" No work schedule rule for key UC70VIT_WSR 20091201" Need help to rectify this. Also I thought that the screen would go to IT0002 after IT0001, why did it go to IT0007 ?
