Unable to log into CMC for BI 4.0 after install


We just installed BI 4.0 and i'm trying to log into CMC using the administrator account but it says that the 'Account information is not regognized'

any suggestions on what is wrong.

I've tried with username: Administrator, admin, Admin

nothing seems to work and I am not sure what to do next.
