CRM Queue

Hi all,

I suppose not really the right forum but I will try anyway.

Last week our customer did a client copy from CRM Porduction (PRD) to CRM DEV. Since then, I can create a service order on DEV correctly and save it with Status 'Open'. But when I try to re-enter the order in change-mode I am told that the 'Document is distributed'.

During my investigation I saw that SMQS was pointing DEV to PRD so I deleted the entries and re-created them for DEV. Still the same thing is happening. I have checked smq1 and smq2 on CRM and R/3 and both seem fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?
