Saturday counting,
Time Management-
1. Period work schedule is 6 days working day. Sunday is off.Due to policy change company decide to change the PWS as 5 days working day.
2.Period work schedule is 5 days working day. Saturday and Sunday is off.
In Payroll is calculated based on workdays. Due to time management Modification work days is reduced and when employee takes LOP due to work days calculation. Employee getting less salary.
Company requires when employee falls under LOP. It should calculate including Saturday as work day. so it should divide the salary with 26/27 days based on calendar days.
I made change in Payroll PCR. In ZT00 Time PCR I have counted the Saturday woff and stored in time wage type.
Problem:
1. If the employee gets LOP in workdays. Their is no problem.Saturday is counting properly. im adding the time wage type in factoring
Like RTE=TAsoll
RTE+ 7009
2. IF the employee gets lop like
friday to monday.
In absence calendar days is considering 4 days and pay day is considering 2 days.
Because of lop falls in between WOFF. Saturday counting is not stored for particular day in time wage type.
