Business Object promote job using LCM doesnt work

Dear All,

i just installed the BO 4 in windows 2003 Server, when im trying to transport object using LCM, promote job is not working, while im trying to test promote the result is "success" but when im trying to just promote, it doesn't work, i saw the Promote status, success , failure or partial success its all blank. i search for LCM log, i cannot find any logs seems like the jobs is not started.

Please experts, can you help me.
