We have created a support group with some persons who can be backup in case the responsible recruiter is not in the office to follow up a requisition. But when the person, who is added through a support group, the requisition is not shown in his/her query 'open team requisitions'. Only when the person is added directly, the requisition is shown. Do we have to change the role of the support group? Now, the role is the standard role defined in customising: 1 - recruiitng role'?
