Sending a email from system menu does not work

In System menu, the LIST submenu provide a way to send a list by email. For example, in SM30 transaction, a user selects data from a table and a list is displayed. Then user is able to send this list with menu SYSTEM/LIST/SEND.

This function is available from a lot of transactions, producing the result as a list.

This is working for almost users, but not for some others. I think an authorization is missing in their roles, but I cannot find which one, as SU53 does not help in that case.

Do you know which authorization is missing ?
