Minus sign not appearing for quantity fields in delta mode

There is a issue with quantity fields in extractor 0CMS_RTCM_TRAN

In full mode in rsa3 ,the quantity fields has values with minus sign but for the same record in delta mode minus sign does not appear

Any suggestions?
