Transaction code CJCO and CJCF durinng Year End Closing

Dear Friends,

The transaction codes CJCO is used to carry forward Project Budget and CJCF is used to carry forward the project commitments.

I would like to know if the associated WBS elements also get transferred after we execute the above transaction codes.

If no, then is there any need to carry forward the balances in the WBS elements as well to the new year?

Please suggest.
