infotype mandatory

How to maintain mandatory infotype at the time of hiring, like 0001 is mandatory in the same way i want maintain the 0009 infotype as a mandatory OR

i want the error at the time of payroll simulation for perticular employee who have not maintain the infotype 0009 in his master data

Please suggest me

Hi,

The exit used for this puspose is - EXIT_SAPFP50M_002 and the include name is ZXPADU02. Write the logic in the include to validate it.

Go for User Exit.While hiring an employee the Infotypes will trigger in a sequential order now ask your abap consultant to write the logic in the user exit so that after IT0008 the user cant skip IT0009.

TAKE THE HELP OF ABAP

WE CAN DO IT WITH USER EXIT OR FUNCTIONAL MODULE

Take the help of your ABAPer...and use User Exit for this or ask him to give some validations for Manadatory Infotypes..and if record not exits while saving through the error.

If you control this while Hiring then not required to check in Payroll Simulation.
