PR Approval/Rejected status

Hi Experts,

Kindly tell me the solution for this.

When a PR is rejected by a higher level approver ,he wants to tell the reasons to initiator and the lower level approvers .

The reasons will write in the " Approval Status " box.

That reasons are not appearing when the initiator and the lower level approvers got the mail in his/her (Lotus Mail box ) mail box.

We are using the standard portal .

I want that rejection reasons to mail box.

Please give me the solutions.

Hi,

If the PR is rejected the Rejection mail is sent the Requestor,

Ask your developer to the capture the reasons for the rejection in the body of the mail which is sent to the requestor.

in the workflow content.

Hi,

Actually the Approver rejected the PR,

he is explaining what are the reasons this PR is rejected.

When he written that reasons in the "Notes forApproval" it is not capturing into the mail.

Hi,

You have to create custom smartform and capture the approval note in the smartform.. you have to change the smartform change badi to change the standard smartform into custom smartform

Hi,

I am using BBP_OUT_EXCEPTION smart form to display the 'Notes for Approval ' text.

I think In that smart form IT_MAIL_TEXT variable will store the text . But I am unable to find out the solution to resolve this.

Please give me your valuble reply ...
