We are on CRM 2007
Our org structure is hierarchical i.e. Sales org -> Sales office -> Sales Group
The PPM quota is assigned at both sales office level and sales group level
When I logon as the 'Head of org unit' for Sales office and access the Sales Pipeline report for "My Team's performance',
I expect it to show me the quota total of all sales groups assigned to the sales office and then breakup the target into analysis stages as per churn rates etc.
However in most of the cases, I only see quota for a few sales groups being totalled to give the target for the sales office instead of all the sales groups. Also all the other reports such as 'Target to date' and 'Closing date' etc. work fine.
So I am not sure why only "Sales Pipeline' reports differently. I couldn't find any differences amongst the sales groups for whcih it works and for the ones where it does not work. One additional thing to note though is that in our scenario, the same employee can be assigned to multiple sales groups. Not sure if this affects the reporting in any way.
