Production BOM for Footwear & apperal industry

Hi Guru,

I am Implementating SAP PP for Footwear Industry. I Maitained Standard BOM as below.

Footwear size Quantity

4 200

5 200

6 200

7 200

8 150

9 150

10 100

Above one my standard Production BOM. sometimes I got order from Client for Special cases.

Now i want to Produce Only 8, 9 & 10 size. In this case i am trying to maintain 4, 5, 6 & 7 need to zero. but system is not acceptable.

Please sugget, How to maintain my BOM for special case & how to link to production.
