Check Active WBS element.

Hi All,

I have a requirement of updating the user entered WBS infotype 1018 for a particular position.

Before updating I want to check if the WBS element is active or not. How can I check if the WBS element is active, is there any particular function module or table using which I can check if the WBS is active or not?
