Check Printng - Restirct Line items in Script Form

Hi Friends,

It's strange and very bad day

I have an issue with Check Prinitng

My Cleint asked us to print the Check and Payment advice in the same page. Top of the page is Check and bottom of the page is Payment advice.

We can print upto 28 line items in the same page with check but if it overflows, the next check number is "VOIDING"

I do not it to happen, no idea how to fix this issue

Is there any option for Page split for Check Prinitng?

Can we get the remaining line items in next page with totals and the same format? if yes, please advse

Hi,

You can print the check and payment advice on one page. If the page overflows, in your case per payment document if there are more than 28 lines, No problem, you can collect all the extra lines into another internal table. In this way, you are printing only one check per payment document without any checks being void.

After processiong of the check printing successfully, you can print the annexure (for extra lines) of the payment advices by changing the check lot stationary. You need to design a separate form for annexture printing.

HI friend,

I think you must be well know by giving page breaks using commands.

But my doubt is that whether will it work in this cheque printing.

This commands will work if you are creating your cheque format but i doubt will it correctly work when you copy an standard program and try using it because alignment may be different.

See the standard program for cheques FI_CA_DME_CHECK_SAMPLE_SF. If your program templete is same as this i think giving page break may disturb the alignment.

Else try to give page break using commands and see whether it satisfies your requirement.

You can define the second page and after your count of 28 has treach call second page main window.
