Hello CRM Guru's!
Currently we have a customer in different countries with different needs in their products set types. We were wondering how can we handle this.
At the beginning we were thinking in creating a PH1 (Product Hierarchy 1 Mother) which will contain all the families that the different countries share like internet, voice, data center etc.
Then to create a SPH-US (Sub Product Hierarchy X) (Sub Product Hierarchy US) for example this one will contain the set types for the specific products of the Data Center family for United States. In case that I have this families in Mexico I should be creating a SPH-MX etc. this for each country involved in the implementation.
But when we tried to assing the category hierarchies to applications the system does not allowed to me to do this and only recognized the one that I create for my PH1.
So I don't think we can do this solution, we are trying to implement as a standalone, so it is a liitle bit hard looking for some fresh and wise ideas that any of you can provide us.
