PO number does not exist

Hello All,

When we are converting PR in to PO we are getting PO number but when we are checking the PO we are getting message this PO number does not exist. Do you have any idea how to prevent this?

the number is submitted to the screen before it actually gets stored in the database.

if there is a posting failure, then you cant find a PO with the number you know from the message.

In that case check SM13 transaction for posting failures.

here you can as well investigate the root cause for the posting failure.
