Kindly review and apply the note 1656953 - TAX: Legal changes effective January 1, 2012 you will get all legal changes (with Rate changes) for 2011 and also kindly review the master note 1628091 - YE11: Master Note for Canadian Year End - 2011

which will give you list of note with respect to year end changes.
