I am getting a pop up box u201CCrystal Reports 2008 SP2u201D when I try to open up a report and do not have Crystal Reports open. There is a drop down box with a location is looking at and not finding u201CCrystalReports.msju201D. In the drop down box it also has u201CCrystal Reports: Disk 1u201D or you can click on a button u201CBrowseu2026u201D. Were can I get u201CCrystalReports.msju201D and were should to be stored?

I suspect you are wanting the CrystalReports.msi rather than the CrystalReports.msj?

That being the case, download SP 4 from here:

https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100008782452011E/cr2008sp4.exe

and run that. Also, search for CrystalReports.msi (search box in the top right corner of this web page) and you will get a number of hits that should also provide more info.
