Unable to create access server in Data Services

Dear Concern,

We are getting the message "The base keycode for the Data Services platform was not found or has expired.

Obtain a valid keycode and use the License Manager to update your installation." while trying to ready access server in data services. Please suggest us.

Below is the details:

[diuser@bo-test ~]$ pwd

/home/diuser

[diuser@bo-test ~]$ cd $LINK_DIR

[diuser@bo-test dataservices]$ cd bin

[diuser@bo-test bin]$ pwd

/home/diuser/businessobjects/dataservices/bin

[diuser@bo-test bin]$ . ./al_env.sh

[diuser@bo-test bin]$ ./svrcfg

The base keycode for the Data Services platform was not found or has expired.

Obtain a valid keycode and use the License Manager to update your installation.
