Hi,

You can restrict the movement type postiong of material with the ' Plant specific Material status either in Production or QM views of material master.

if you do it in Basic data view 'x-plant material status it will resrtict the movent of material in all the plants.

Thanks,

SK,

You can enter a Material Status in the Material Master "X-Plant Mstl Status" (Basic data 1 tab) that precludes inventory movements. SAP standard 01 might be suitable, or you can create your own custom status for such materials. OMS4.

Dear All,

Even after assigning plant specific material status as 02 Blocked for task list/BOM system is still allowing the production booking.I have tried by putting 02 in both MRP1,BD1,but still result is same.

Hi ,

pl.try with following option,

since u have made necessary changes to material master,

then create new product cost collector through KKF6N for FG material,Create new production version for the FG material,

Closed or settled earlier planned order.

Then try MFBF for the same FG with new Product cost collector.
