Set up LIS Environment

Hello all,

i have the LIS environment setup on DEV through transaction LBW0.

I would like to transport this 'setup' to Quality. When I create this environment in Dev it does not ask me for a transport. Do I need to open the quality environment to activate once the data source is transported?
